Johannes Hunter Jewelers is a well-established jeweler with a rich history in Colorado and by far the most well-respected luxury jeweler in the market. Their frustration of working with an out of town agency who was vague on the digital results they were producing prompted Johannes Hunter Jewelers to make a move to Ten Peaks Media.

After completing an analysis of their key zip codes and target demographic, our agency was able to reduce their overall marketing spend, while increasing traffic and delivering a higher quality of traffic to their website. Additionally, our team scripted and produced a series of educational videos and an “I Do” campaign focusing on the beauty of love. Combined with an aggressive local SEO and SEM digital campaign and fresh creative, the future looks bright for Johannes Hunter Jewelers.

AN EDUCATIONAL APPROACH

With jewelry being a relatively intimidating process, especially with engagement and wedding jewelry purchases, our team worked with Owner Robin Johannes on a series of fun, educational videos. Intended for use on their website and social media, we scripted, filmed and produced 30 second short teasers for Instagram and Facebook which lead viewers to longer, more informative videos online. Net result, an increase of over 15% in website traffic and over 60,000 views on all social channels including YouTube.

A unique distinction in the marketplace, Johannes released their first holiday shopping guide in November of 2018. Combining a variety of offerings, holiday greeting letter and pricing, we released this direct mail piece in two batches. The print edition was married to an online digital edition and gave Johannes a tremendous collateral piece during one of their busiest times of year.
