Project Overview

At the height of his illustrious career, Rich Schell, Founder of Rich Schell Interiors, was hired by a local Colorado Springs family to fully design, remodel, furnish and turn-key the interior of their new $7 million dollar home overlooking Colorado Springs.

Rich hired our team to document the reveal of the project to the homeowners, stage and shoot HDR photography of the rooms and produce an entirely new “about Rich Schell Interiors” video. This project required a large amount of planning to coordinate with the homeowner reveal and construction project.

Meet Rich Schell

Rich Schell is a master of the English language. His larger than life persona and charisma on film made this project a blast for the entire team. Shot on location at one of Rich’s largest projects of his career, our team worked with Rich to script the shots and produce the luxury feel necessary to create an “about” film that would be a key marketing tool for Rich’s growth moving forward.

MASTER OF INTERIORS

When Rich Schell Interiors approached us to help photograph and document a $7 million dollar home as part of a rebrand for him and one of the largest reveals in his business history, our team was overjoyed to sink our teeth into what was guaranteed to be a large and demanding undertaking.

VIDEO AND STORYTELLING

Rich articulates his thought and art for his craft extremely well. It was our job to capture the true essence of his message on film for what would become his primary brand video.

HDR PHOTOGRAPHY

In order to capture the true depth, color, detail and exquisite nature of such a commanding home, we chose to work with longtime Colorado commercial photographer and Ten Peaks Media Photographer Don Jones. Stitching together different exposures and lighting led to a showcase of images and that were some of our best in 2018.

THE RESULTS

In the first month of debuting the new website and video, Rich secured one client that covered his entire investment with Ten Peaks Media. Continuing to see tremendous results from his new image, Rich is leading the way in interior design from Colorado to Texas and beyond.
